Architectural changes to undo stack to accomodate erase and other actions

The "undo" button in the toolbar is disabled after clicking the "erase all" button; this seems like something that would be useful to be able to undo.

Erasing individual ink segments should also be undoable; this will also require a change to the way the undo stack works.

I have implemented the required changes in [111]. I have tested that it works in the startup deck, without sharing. This needs to be tested in shared mode, both as student and instructor.

I will try to do some of this testing tonight; it would be great if others could test as well.
