teacher text inadvertently appearing on student's slide

Description
When CPXO is launched and is yet unshared, the text input below the slide viewer is active. This shouldn't be a problem, except for this small quirk that I discovered:
I launched CPXO, intending to be in teacher mode, and before I shared the activity, I entered some text while on some slide. I then shared the activity and joined it on another XO. When CPXO launched on that laptop, it moved to the slide that the teacher was on (because navigation was locked), and...ooops...the text that the teacher entered for that slide appeared on the student's slide.
This can be prevented by making the text input field inactive until the activity is shared, meaning that CPXO being launched with the intent of being in teacher mode will never have the chance to input text, or by implementing some specific prevention mechanism.
